Notifiable diseases — your legal obligation
Under The Bee Diseases and Pests Control (Scotland) Order 2007, Scottish beekeepers must report any suspicion of American Foulbrood, European Foulbrood, Small Hive Beetle, or Tropilaelaps mites to the Scottish Government immediately. Contact [email protected] or your local Scottish Government area office. Failure to report is a criminal offence.
